About us

Built by people who have run manufacturing

GK Proact grew out of ten years of running manufacturing operations and the IT projects that fixed what standard systems could not. Today it is the ERP for medium and large manufacturers and distributors whose processes do not fit a template.

  • 10+years of experience
  • 50+implemented projects
  • 1000+people using it every day

Where GK Proact comes from

The system began as a series of IT projects for manufacturing companies, each one solving a specific management problem on the shop floor, in the warehouse or in planning.

The same problems kept coming back from one company to the next, so the solutions were combined into one integrated system, called Production Code, with manufacturing logic built in rather than bolted on.

In 2018, as implementations began in international companies, the system became GK Proact. It is developed and implemented by Gamybos Kodo Technologijos in Šiauliai, Lithuania, and now supports manufacturing and distribution operations for medium and large companies at home and abroad.

How we work

The way a project is run matters as much as the software.

  1. We start with your process

Before any configuration we map how material, orders and information actually move through your plant and warehouse. The system is set up to that reality, not the other way round.

  2. A structured project method

Projects run by a method based on IBM project management practice, focused on the practical problem each phase has to solve. You always know what comes next.

  3. Lean thinking in the solution

We apply lean principles when designing solutions, so the system removes steps that add no value instead of digitising them.

  4. Proven before it reaches you

We implement solutions that have already proved themselves in manufacturing companies, and we build on our own experience of running one.
