AI integration

Agents that work in the system, not beside it

Every task a person can do in GK Proact, an AI agent can do for them: raise orders, plan, pick, report. Agents use the same toolset and permissions as people, and new capabilities are built on the API with AI help, without touching the core.

  • Routine work handed to agents
  • Answers from live data, not reports
  • New capabilities in days, not projects

What changes

  1. Agents do the routine

Order confirmations, replenishment proposals, pick releases and status chasing become agent tasks, with people approving instead of typing.

  2. Ask the system a question

Why is this order late, what can we ship today, which supplier slipped this month. The agent reads live data and answers with the records behind it.

  3. Same rules as people

An agent logs in with a role. It sees what that role sees and does what that role may do, and every action is logged like a user’s.

  4. Extend without a project

A new report, check or integration is built on the API with AI assistance and deployed as an extension, not as a change to the core.

Why GK Proact for AI

  1. The whole system is exposed

Every function available on screen is available to agents through a standard tool protocol. There is no separate, smaller AI surface.

  2. Built on a stable core

Agents and extensions use the same API the system’s own screens use, so an upgrade does not break them.

  3. Governed from day one

Roles, permissions and audit trails apply to agents exactly as to people. You decide what an agent may do, and you can see what it did.

Capabilities

  • Agent access to every function

Orders, planning, warehouse tasks, production reporting and finance through one tool protocol.

  • Role-based permissions

Agents act as named users with roles, so access control needs no second system.

  • Audit trail

Every agent action recorded like any user action, with who or what triggered it.

  • Questions in plain language

Orders, stock, capacity and costs answered from live data, with the records behind the answer.

  • Approval flows

Agents propose, people approve, for the actions you want kept under human control.

  • API for extensions

The same API the system’s screens use, documented and versioned, for your own modules.

  • AI-assisted development

Extensions written with AI help against the API, tested and deployed without changing the core.

  • Cloud or on-premise

Agents run where your installation runs, under your access rules.
